Alignment-based Yoga

Yoga Bodhi is based on the teachings of yoga master B.K.S .Iyengar and begins with learning the art and science of asanas (yoga postures). The method of the study is orderly and progressive. The postures are adjusted to meet the physical conditions and needs of each student.

Through the consistent practice of asana and pranayama, students are guided towards increased awareness of their own physical, emotional and spiritual lives. Students will explore meditation in action, a state of being focused and absorbed in the moment to bring about a feeling of balance, confidence and wellbeing.

Monday

9:30 - 10:30am — Gentle Yoga-Fundamentals (with chair)

12:00 - 12:15pm — Meditation

Tuesday

9:30 - 11:00am — Advanced Yoga Poses

1:00 - 2:15pm — Creating Calm in the Storm

Wednesday

6:00 - 7:15pm — All Levels

 

 

Private Yoga

Private Yoga benefits those:

  • New to Yoga and want to explore where/how to begin.

  • Would like a personalized Yoga program.

  • Have physical challenges.

  • Returning from a long hiatus from Yoga, may be due to to life circumstances, injury, post surgery, etc . 

  • Wanting the individual attention private sessions afford to dive deeper into the practice.
