“I’ve been coming to Elizabeth for over a year now. I can safely say that she has helped me navigate some of the most challenging moments of my previous year with a natural grace and a level of intuitive understanding that is exceedingly difficult to come across. Elizabeth’s greatest strength is her approach which is quite flexible. During our sessions she acts as a guide, asking me questions to direct my train of thought in order to help me discover the answer for myself. She does not diagnose any problems or prescribe one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, she seems to intuitively “see” me and the challenges I describe, and helps me navigate towards a solution with compassion and sincere understanding of what I need. For example: Elizabeth knows that I express myself with words and writing. As a result: she will often give me writing prompts so that I may explore a particular subject on my own, and then share the results with her afterward. If you are stuck on a personal hang-up, a creative slump, or a professional roadblock, I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough.
